Energetic, gregarious, unpretentious and real are some of the words that describe Alexander O. Montgomery. He is a Melbourne based entrepreneur, published author, multilinguist and now a TV personality.
Bringing life and style together, Alexander's main goal is to be true to himself and to always be the best person that he can be. Alexander has over 19 years of business experience spanning over three countries, beginning at the age of 24.
From Singapore to the world, Alexander has travelled the globe, gaining invaluable knowledge and behind the scenes experiences which became the foundation for many of his successful business endeavours.
After graduating from the Curtin University in Perth, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Alexander went straight on and founded his first company at just 24 years old. Under his directorship, the business quickly rose to become one of the country's most profitable companies where turnover was in excess of one million dollars in just under one year of its incorporation.
On any given day, Alexander juggles his time between managing his businesses, serving out his book signing obligations and filming for television.
Alexander is passionate about life and with everything that it brings. If you do not find Alexander in the gym, he might be spotted along the paris end of Collins St in the City. He confesses to being a shopaholic as he holds firm to the adage of dressing for success. While he enjoys being clothed in designer threads, Alexander also enjoys time spent with his mates and family by conducting readings for them with his prized tarot deck.
This past February, Alexander made his first major TV appearance on the hit reality show "Date my race" produced by film giant Matchbox pictures for SBS Australia. Producers revealed that Alexander was offered the role after more than three thousand hopefuls who had auditioned.
What was initially thought to be another reality dating program where Alexander would get the chance to meet his life partner on national television, it instead became a roller coaster ride for him where Alexander instantly made headlines for his opinions expressed on the TV program. Overnight, media outlets throughout Australia and from around the world jumped in, sensationalised his quotes and opinions, and set the internet ablaze.
Alexander's first contact with the public started back in mid 2015 where he was approached to write a business book based on his extensive business experiences but he decided to write a compelling tell-all instead.
In March of 2016 and in line with the genre and theme of his first book, Alexander launched True Confessions of a Potato Queen published by VIVID publishing at the Chillout festival in Daylesford, Victoria with much success. True Confessions of a Potato Queen is available online and on the shelves of all good bookstores worldwide.
Alexander is currently involved in the production of two television series for a major Australian broadcasting network set for release in early 2018. He is also writing his second book.
